QXL is not responsible for the items offered on auctions, but we do everything we can, to make auctions and their descriptions equal to QXL Agreement. If you notice an auction which does not fulfil the conditiones above, please let us know - type the id in the field below. If after verification, it turns out that the item is on the Restrected Items list and conditionally allowed or the auction description violates the Agreement, QXL may take appropiate actions (removing the auction, warning, permanent or temporary blocking user's account). |
